Just for clarity there was one significant step overlooked in your statement. Which might better be said....”the girls were not aware of it at the time until the parents asked them about it. Josh was not there as they talked to the girls...Just as the mother stated...they asked the girls ‘one by one’.
I say this because it’s a very tricky thing to ask children about such things....they will and do talk to each other, they also can be remarkably led to believe something happened when it might not have.
So the fact the parents spoke to each....and the girls said they weren’t aware of what happened....but then they were????

You do understand of course that these records were sealed by a court because Josh and the victims were juveniles. Now tell us what you think of those who leaked the sealed records.

I agree. The reason that the Duggars did it would be something they could tell. I am not sure they could have hid it from the media, who are showing they have no bounds to what they can uncover. If they want to uncover something, they should start by turning up Zer0’s birth certificate.

This last sentence of yours offers an insight to your way of thinking that is way over the top. You do know of course that this happened when Josh was 14 and younger and that he voluntarily confessed to his parents. The sisters did not even know at the time that they were being inappropriately touched. The young man is now 27 years old and married.
What in your brilliant thinking should be the punishment for Josh now some 13 years later?
It does seem some overlapping is happening of people who themselves either know of someone or had sexual abuse occur themselves on the thread not yet resolved.
[The issues really are legality issues no matter if you like or dislike how they’re raising their children.]

Nothing should be done regarding Josh....and the family is just making it worse , a simple statement would have been sufficient. Then retreat and let the chips fall where they may or not.

You hit it on the nail. I can’t believe how many conservatives freepers think they know the Hearts of the Duggar Family to be tossing stones at them. To call them liars. I sense a sincerity among them. Having been a victim of molestation numerous times, I can sense the Duggar’s sincerity and I can also sense Michelle’s pain. They may be fake to others but they were not to me.
I agree now because those records were made public. Now future victims will be afraid to come forward for fear those records will be made public sometime in the future.

Many say they should not have accepted to be on TV knowing full well what happen. Let me ask a question. So that means no one should try to apply for a position like a politicians (which that never stops one if one is a liberal Democrat), Community Organizer aka Leader, Police, Firefighter, etc. you all get my drift.
