what evidence do you have that molesting children is par for the course in Democrat or non-Christian families? Here we have evidence that it does happen in at least one Christian family that holds themselves up as paragons of virtue and insists that gay and transgendered people are the ones molesting children.
I have siblings and friends who are liberal. I am not a liberal, but I’m not religious. I have raised children that it’s not ok to to touch anybody else in their private areas and to not let anyone touch them in their private areas, and to not hide it if it does happen. Why are you dragging people into this as if they have molested children with absolutely no proof, all the while defending people who do have molestation going on in their family?
I am speaking philosophically. Liberalism has eroded and destroyed our social and sexual mores. Liberalism has created the libertine atmosphere that produces our TV shows and allows sexual egress. Yes, conservatives and Christians do fall before the Tempters snares of sexual sin, but they recognize it as sin and ask for repentence. Liberalism deifies sexual liberty and expression and seeks to destroy the morals of our children and society. Sexual tension and discipline is what holds a coherent society together. A dissolute society always perishes.

And the Duggars did not hide it. The son came to them, ashemed of what he had done. They counciled him on it and notified the police voluntarily.
