Just off the top of my head I would say McCain might have failed conservatives but I dont think he would have fundamentally transformed America.
* Russia would not control 20% of our uranium.
* Iraq would not be a disaster.
* We would not have Obamacare.
* I dont think the IRS would be investigating Tea Party members.
* John Christopher Stevens would be alive.
* Heads would be rolling at the VA.
* Eric Holder would not have a platform to instigate thugs in Ferguson and Baltimore.
* Our national debt would not be as large.
* Israel would still trust the US.
* The coal industry would be in much better shape.
* We would not have a record number of Americans on food stamps.
* We would not have record number of Americans out of the work force.

Believe me, I’m no fan of McCain. It took a king size clothespin on my nose to get through that voting booth.

Same here. I was not wildly excited about voting that day.

http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2015/04/mccain-counters-reports-of-jws-recent-irs-doc-release/
...JW never claimed the government documents establish that McCain or his staff called on the IRS to target or attack conservatives, but the records do show that former IRS official Lois Lerner was pressured by both Democrat Senator Carl Levin and McCain, an Arizona Republican, for IRS action against political advocacy groups.
In fact, the records reveal that Lerner met with select top staffers from the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee in a marathon meeting to discuss concerns raised by both Levin and McCain that the IRS was not reining in political advocacy groups in response to the Supreme Courts Citizens United decision...

That is a valid point FRiend. My opinion is that McCain is less ruthless than the Obama extremists and the IRS is totally out of control.

PRESIDENT McCain would NOT have been in the US Senate and TEA PARTY Patriot, Sarah Palin would have been his Vice President.

What if is for Children.
Unless you own a Time Machine it makes no difference.
Just another opportunity for People to start the McCain / Romney would be just as bad as Obama crappola.
Over and out..

I had a bumper sticker I kept on the truck for a few years that said “don’t blame me, I voted for the babe”. I certainly wasn’t voting for McCain.

McCain: US should allow sale of defensive weapons to Vietnam
SINGAPORE (AP) America needs to provide Vietnam with more defensive weapons, U.S. Sen. John McCain said Saturday as tensions in the Asia Pacific region heightened over China’s expanding land reclamation projects in the South China Sea.
But U.S. efforts so far are focused on delivering some of the limited maritime weapons allowed under last fall’s easing of the weapons sales ban on Hanoi.

My only serious concern would have been Secretary of State Lindsay Graham. On the other hand, McCain and Graham would be out of the Senate.

"Sarah Palin would be president today. "
I think she would have beaten him in the 2012 Republican primary.
To: NormsRevenge
The biggest difference is the GOP would never have captured 1000 local elections or won back the House and Senate.
McCain would have switched parties to the RATS and they would control everything.

He would have given Isis nukes by now.
The Tea Party would be in a concentration camp.
His little fatty would be flashing her crotch and boobs at the Secret Service and at news camera men.
One or two of his male lovers would have outted him by now.
