too old lol. Grew up with boxing. just like my father could never get used to football and was a diehard baseball fan. although I did have a friend maybe 20 years ago that competed in the Ultimate Fighting.he got taken out by some insane punches

One can learn a lot just by watching. You never know when you may have to defend yourself. I love reading about 73+ year old former boxers KOing thugs who tried to mug them.

I've trained a bit in MMA in my past and consider watching UFC to be research and development. Quite often in these matches I see techniques I have never seen before.

I'm 52 but am still learning.
