I've trained a bit in MMA in my past and consider watching UFC to be research and development. Quite often in these matches I see techniques I have never seen before.
I'm 52 but am still learning.
I used to box in my late teens and early twenties. I certainly wasn’t great but it helped in a few club fight afterwards. I’m 47 now and very out of shape. No excuse for it. But the punches would still hurt
