Who was involved in the deadly Waco biker brawl?

“In 34 years of law enforcement, this is the most violent crime scene I have ever been involved in,” Waco Police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said following a biker gang shootout that left 9 dead and 18 others wounded in the parking lot of a busy shopping center Sunday. “There is blood everywhere.”

Reports of the grisly brawl, which police said escalated from the bathroom to the bar and out into the parking lot of a restaurant called Twin Peaks, sound like a scene from a movie — or one of the countless scripted and reality TV shows about the elusive world of biker gangs. More than 170 people were arrested on charges of engaging in organized crime in relation to the shooting which, Swanton clarified, constituted “capital murder.”

I’m getting really tired of his mouth. The more he opens it, the more I’m thinking there’s a whole lot more to this story than is being reported and what’s being reported is half truths and he’s covering up something.

How can they prove who did what to whom?

IF they want to, ballistics, wound angles and blood spatter would indicate what shots came from what direction. If the police were there, there should have been at least one recorder going, unless they wanted to start a war between outlaw biker factions. If the latter is the case, the police may have done most of the shooting and will pass the 'credit' on to others.

WTH cares? It's like asking - who was involved in Baltimore; who was involved in Ferguson, etc?
Point is - the fewer there are of all the scumbags, the better off America will be.

“The Branch Davidian raid was not a crime. It was proper police work.”

And Eric Holder performed courageously at Waco, incinerating all those men, women and children without trial, and deserved the promotion in the Fraud’s regime.

I don’t get worked up over who shot who. You get a gunfight of biker thugs and lowlifes going on right out in public, and the Texas police are going to clamp down on it without mercy. And that’s just the kind of law-enforcement that has always gone on in this state. A tale as old as the hills. And I like it that way.

That Branch Davidian raid was an atrocity. For beginnings, they brazenly pretended it had drugs involved so they could legally use military assets.
Back then that was needed, and they utterly lied.

The feds went in with their quasi military assault. Yet, a few years before the McClennan Country sheriffs office arrested David Koresh on a murder charge, at the property.

You know how they did it? A couple of men in jackets walked up, knocked on the door and told him they had a warrant for their arrest.

THAT was proper police work. F troop and their FBI buddies did not follow any good police procedure from beginning to end. The end where they reenacted the flag raising on Iwo Jima on the rubble, with an ATF flag. Sickening,,,

I see. You thought you were on a conservative website.

It's supposed to be one, but sometimes posters here think they are on a pro-endtimes-lunatic-cultist website.

They will get mad at you for not living in your mom's basement with a large picture of that dreamy Vern Howell (sorry, David Koresh) on the wall.

There was no sarcasm. The Danforth commission ruled the feds acted properly.

Swanton said that five gangs had been identified in the deadly altercation, but added that he was "not about to give them the respect of giving you their names.”

You idiot, it's all over the tv. I'd like to know the names of the victims and the identity of who shot whom. Or will that not be released? Funny how this is day 3 and we've not learned one name. How many undercover cops were wearing jackets, huh? Not saying some bad guys deserve what they get but there's justice and then there's justice which shouldn't be a planned shoot out in the middle of a shopping center.

Swing and a miss. The ONLY and I mean the ONLY federal crime in Waco being investigated was that they had purchased AR-15 full auto parts, and also possessed AR-15s.

All the rest involving building codes, child abuse, sexual stuff, that was all state.

The Feds were utterly out of line. But thinking that does not mean one has the slightest respect for that pervert pedophile Koresh who didn’t even have the decency to keep the name his parents gave him.
Nice strawman.

Sure I understand. I like them too and would probably choose one.

Might just have different specs coming out of an individual barrel however, if I'm to believe "Dirty Harry!"

In late 1987,

George Roden was the original leader of Mount Carmel. His support was in steep decline. To regain it, he challenged Koresh to a contest to raise the dead, going so far as to exhume a corpse to demonstrate his spiritual supremacy. Koresh went to authorities to file charges against Roden for illegally exhuming a corpse, but was told he would have to show proof (such as a photograph of the corpse). Koresh seized the opportunity to seek criminal prosecution of Roden by returning to Mount Carmel Center with seven armed followers attempting to get photographic proof of the crime. Koresh’s group was discovered by Roden and a gunfight broke out. When the sheriff arrived, Roden had already suffered a minor gunshot wound and was pinned down behind a tree. As a result of the incident, Koresh and his followers were charged with attempted murder. At the trial, Koresh explained that he went to Mount Carmel Center to uncover evidence of criminal disturbance of a corpse by Roden. Koresh’s followers were acquitted, and in Koresh’s case a mistrial was declared.

And yes. McClennan county sheriffs arrested him on a murder charge, without incident. He beat the charge in court. So now on a tax evasion charge, (possession of machine gun parts) we are to believe he would have shot it out?

Please.

From what I could tell in the movies, Dirty Harry used a standard, off the shelf, Smith model 29 .44 cal. handgun. I'm not sure what different "specs" you could be referring to. A Glock 40 is a Glock 40. Changing the actual "specs" of the handgun would void the warranty and possibly result in blowing off your hand. Sure, modifications such as a trigger job or the like can be done but LE or private citizens alike do this pretty routinely depending on how avid a shooter they are.

It wouldn’t take much to use your non-police weapon, toss it into the center of the bodies.

So I assume he wasn't around when the Waco Branch Davidian mass murder

****************

You would be correct as far as his involvement with the incident. However, he started
as a cadet with the Waco Police Dept in 1980. Waco city limits is a few miles SW of the
Branch Dividian site that the feds handled thus no city involvement.
