NEW YORK (AP) -- Two New York City cops approach a gray sedan with a suspected drunken driver slumped over the wheel. They ask him to get out, and that's when the trouble begins.
The suspect, dressed in a rumpled suit, curses and hollers at the officers because he doesn't want to go to jail. He refuses to be handcuffed and backs away, yelling, "Can't we work this out?"

I'm sure if most of the perps could read and write, de Blasio would have them fill out surveys so they could rate their arrest experience.

A. Offering you a snack or something to drink?
B. Whispering sweet nothings in your ear?
C. Singing you a lullaby because you couldn't sleep?
D. None of the above.

I grew up there and finally got smart and moved 4 years ago, best thing I ever did in my life. It was like living in North Korea but with food, but only food they allow you to eat. Everything about you life is completely regulated with the entire city revolving around the Mayor like a mini Kim Jung Il. That was during the Bloomberg holocaust. I don’t even want to think of the hell it is now under the commie De Blasio. I tell people all the time, if they want to see the hell that liberals want for the rest of the country, go visit NYC. Spend a few weeks there and you’ll never vote Democrat again for the rest of your life 100% guaranteed.
I’m on staten island. I know the story is getting old but the last time a black guy came into my neighborhood and touched my gf’s body, i beat him mercilessly for 1- minutes.
Deblahbahblah will ruin NYC, well, he already is. But the South Shore of Staten island will not change.
What they do to each other on the north shore is of no concern to me. Sorry to sound cold
