Last year, Facebook did away with messaging within its mobile app for good and forced users to download its new Messenger app. Pretty soon, you might have to do the same thing on your computer, too. That's because Facebook just introduced a new Messenger site that you can access through your Web browser.
You can log in to the site with your Facebook account. Once you're logged in, the site turns into a big chat window with all of your ongoing Facebook conversations listed on the left side of the screen.

Sorta like Yahoo and MSN just wanting yo to provide nother email address or your cell phone number to make sure “you don’t get locked out of your account” in the event its hacked? Total BS. Listed my old cell on o e and startec getting sales calls at all hours of the day...

I don’t have social networking. I contact friends by email or text. Guess I’m an old fart. But I see too many people getting in trouble by putting their names out there for the all to review.
My son once emailed my brother with a picture of him with his first deer. My brother listed it on Facebook. I was furious. Made him remove it.

I must not be very important since FB never forced me to do anything. I have it-FB-on my phone, desktop and my iPad. My friends and I must be special though because we get many conservative news posts. FB is what the user makes it to be. Every now and then I get a liberal post but by the time I read it, others have taken care of it. I had 2 liberal school friends but I unfriended them. I do not have time for that junk and do not understand why they are dems.

I have a Facebook account and solely for the games. I’m addicted to Farmville 2. I don’t see what is evil about it. I am growing alot of crops, I have different animals small and large, and also I have people dropping into my property and do nice deeds on my farm. They seem to be nice folks because they will be standing on my property and wave to me.
