Arthritis?
Sounds like you need a new hip. We just went through that.
You need Dr. Butcher.
I'd keep jabbing it with your thumb. People might think you're weird but it should save you tons on medical bills.
Probably arthritis but you need a doctor to tell you that, preferably after an x-ray. My right hip hurts after I have been in the bed too long . I have taken glucosamine-and-chondroitin for years for arthritis. Without it I probably couldn’t walk or do much with my hands or turn my head. I still work in a job that requires a lot of walking.
Go to Web MD and follow the instructions for a diagnosis which should be fairly close.
Vendome: Has been hurting when I lay on it.
Doctor: Don’t do that.
Smoke some cannabis.
Are you eating the proper amount you need to per day?
That can impact skin, muscle, and perhaps joints as well.
Also, think about your water intake too.
Too many of us don’t drink what we need to either.
Don’t lay on that hip for a while. Let it build up.
Strange as it may seem, you may have developed something like a bed sore internally. It may be inflamed and need some TLC.
Which back pocket do you have your wallet ?
How big is your wallet ?
take it from there.
I don’t see anything wrong with it. (couldn’t resist. I wish you well).
sciatica.
Inversion table helps me with lower back and hip pain, plus helps to tighten the gut.
My doctor told me I was getting older and that I should stop complaining.
Anyway, get an MRI.
Try laying on your back on the floor. Straighten your leg out , then pull your knee up to your chest with your foot flat on the floor then straighten it out. Repeat several times. Then , laying on the floor, swing your leg side to side with your heel barely clearing the floor. Repeat several times. What you are trying to do is gently move the joint in many directions. It will hurt like hell at first and then start to feel better. I do this when my hip hurts. I think the movement gets out stuff that builds up. I am 62 BTW.
Then keep doing that:)
I was recently diagnosed with arthritis, same symptoms. My mom has fibromyalgia, but I’ve never had that. The doc gave me Mobic, and it works the very best of all. Tylenol and Alleve goes away too quickly.
The IMPORTANT thing to remember is this: Get the inflammation out! My German doc told me to double up on the anti-inflammatories the first couple days, then scale back. I normally don’t need them past two days if I do that, until I have another jab of pain. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that “I’ll just take enough to ease the pain.” Pain indicates inflammation. You will have more pain later if you don’t reduce the inflammation now. IN other words, the arthritis becomes MUCH worse over time if you fail to reduce the inflammation early on. I used to think that taking the pain meds sparingly was the best thing...but I found the pain was almost constant. By doubling up, I get off the meds in 2 days and usually don’t have an immediate reoccurance. Maybe a week or two...two to three onths...whatever.
