BAY COUNTY, Fla. – Two college students are under arrest after police found cell phone video allegedly showing the gang rape of an intoxicated teen outside a popular Panama City Beach bar during spring break.
Hundreds stood by in “broad, open daylight” as the 19-year-old woman, who appeared to be passed out on a chair behind the Spinnaker Beach Club, was sexually assaulted by one man after another, Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen told AL.com.
Many watched, some recording with their phones — but no one tried to intervene, officials said.

Years ago Panama City Beach was called the Redneck Riviera.
Now it’s just plain trash that goes there, or so it seems!
We visited PC once in 1998 in springtime.
The worst part was the kids all drove up and down the highway where the motels are honking their horns til 4 am.
It was awful.
We like Destin now.

In some states you could have legally shot the rapist. Not sure about Florida.
Hannity had a program on the mess down there at Spring Break and couldn’t get the mayor to come on the show. Law enforcement and city council members said something was bound to happen and sure enough a mass shooting and now this rape on the beach.
I remember when Destin was a sleepy fishing village. I worked at LaFountain’s Wharf one Summer.
Several years ago, my Daughter and her husband and children rented a condo for a week during the Winter at Destin. That was the off season. They also rented a room for me. I could not believe how much that place had changed.
Same for South Walton County. I can remember when we would go to the beach and there not be another person for as long as you could see. Now it is wall to wall. I really hate it now.

This is an example of the “Totalitarian Mindset” that Mark Levin spoke about today. It has been passed down by the education system. It basically is basically, one can do and say anything and there is nothing anybody can say or do to convince them otherwise. Only physical force can stop them. In a totalitarian system, they have the physical upper hand.
