This is the "Live Thread" for the 2015 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. I will try to keep it as up to date as possible but feel free to add anything either on the Playoffs in general or your favorite team in particular. Just remember to keep it civil.

They beat the Habs 5 times in regular season too!
And I was asked last minute to fill in for a sick friend so I'm in San Diego for the week.
So I'm going to miss 2 playoff games of my home team Hershey Bears.
WILD finish in MN.
Blackhawks up 2-1, they stretch it to 3-1 late, MN gets a power play with under 4 minutes left, they pull the goalie, Hossa scores a shorthanded empty netter, Wild follow with a PP goal and quickly add another goal, Blackhawks miss a great empty net chance, get ANOTHER penalty and hold of a final flurry by the Wild to win it 4-3 and sweep.
That was some ***king hockey!

THE WORD of the day in Boston is Mujica.
E’s going on waivers in the Cubbies wanna grab another Sox guy. There aint no place as parochial as Beantown. Geographically isolated ... they got no other sports teams to their east, so their whole world is Boston and nothing else.
NYC radio, there is enuf variety between Rangers and Mets and some chatter about the Phillies, etc. Boston is absurd to listen to them. Obsessive Sox fans.
The Dirty Buzzards will be dumped out of the playoffs by the Ducks.

I have the Bolts in my NHL bracket so I’m OK with it.
Looking forward to going to Game 5 of the AHL Playoffs - my Hershey Bears at home against Hartford.

It is indeed a great day for hockey tonight - NYRs will tough it out to the East Finals IMO. It would be interesting to watch how the Bolts treat Rangers’ St. Louis #26, former Bolts Captain, who requested trade to NYRs, in the East Finals.

If you watched the 3rd period of game 6 and are a Ranger fan, you’ve got to be concerned. The Rangers failed to put a shot on goal for 14:56 minutes !!!
