What is it with m and c and young kids? Whenever my wife and I take our grandkids and their parents out to eat, a few of the older kids always want mac and cheese.
When visiting one of the grandkids a few months ago for his birthday, his mother insisted on driving an extra thirty miles from his house to go to a special restaurant that the kid liked. The restaurant specialty is steak.
Guess what the kid (seven years old) ordered? You got it...mac and cheese. His mother said he wanted to go to the place because he likes the decor. I just smiled and gritted my teeth. The wife was not happy either.
As a personal aside, I never ate mac and cheese as a kid because (1) at that time I hated cheese and (2) my mother never made it. (I never ate in a restaurant until I was in my teens.) How did I survive lo all these years without eating one spoonful of mac and cheese? lol
Every family gathering we always have Mac & cheese. Home made from scratch but it is there. 11 grands, you can make them all happy with Mac & cheese & a dinner roll w/jelly!
Forget Chemtrails or Fluoride in the water, if there's a conspiracy going on, it's mac & cheese. They got to be putting some chemical or something in it to make kids get so addicted and crazy over it
