I don’t need to see it! The victim’s weapon (apparently, the Taser) was on the ground *before* he started running. The cop stood there, shot him in the back until he dropped, and then walked over and evidently put the Taser with the victim.

But we do see the cop pick up the taser and walk over and drop it by the dead man’s body.

And that justifies shooting a fleeing man 8 or 9 times in the back?

Makes no difference — any attack that was taking place was broken off when the suspect fled away from the cop, unarmed. The cop drew his pistol, took a good second or so to aim at the fleeing man, now a good 5 to 10 yards away and getting further, and fired 8 shots into the man’s back.
Now, I don’t know if the cop’s dirty or just momentarily lost control of his emotions and fired in anger, but no way was that in self defense of himself. Nor was there anyone else the suspect was endangering when he was shot in the back. The cop was wrong and he *proved* he was wrong when he tried to plant the taser closer. Period. The end. Stick a fork in him - he’s done.
There’s always some excuse for murdering a civilian, right?!
