A liberal sent me a link to this site. It's amazing which are the historical events liberals would most like to erase.
1.The Destruction of Alexandria's Great Library (most votes. I can definitely see the historical importance, but doubt I would have that as my top pick!)
2.Elian Gonzalez and the Butterfly Effect.
4. Hitler, Berchtold, Constantine. (Hitler would be an easy choice, but then they make Constantine part of the choice?)
7. Erase the advent of agriculture (Serious?? Why don't they just wish the big bang never happened? I guess some how in their twisted minds they just know without agriculture they would be doing just fine.
Stop climate change at the last great ice age and leave Manhattan still under a mile of ice
No contest, Adam would not have listened to the woman and refused to eat the forbidden fruit.
Undo the JFK assassination, no Saint Kennedy. Certainly no LBJ presidency, maybe no RFK candidacy or Ted in the Senate as some sort of sacred cow (over and done in by Mary Jo’s manslaughter).
Vietnam takes a different turn.
Goldwater and Reagan in 60s place in politics may have gone differently. Or even Nixon’s.
Importing black slaves into the New World starting back in the 1600s.
I’d undo the birth of mohamed.
Just that one rocket scientist-turned cartoonist....
But it probably wouldn't have done much good. Some things are just bound to happen one way or another.
Hitler, Berchtold, Constantine. (Hitler would be an easy choice, but then they make Constantine part of the choice?)
I know. The guy who said that has way more opinions than brains.
This will cause some heads to explode..the Reformation..
The birth of Jean Jacques Rousseau (I also give him as an answer to who would I go back in time to kill.)
“Those Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl wins.”
HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY, OT and not sporting!
GO RAVENS!
LOL! Post of the day!
“...if you could go back in time to any point in your past-is there anything you would change?”
How about Everything? Does Everything work for you, because that’s what I’d do. OK, except having my kid and, of course, being a Freeper!
The birth of Obama.
I sincerely believe the world would be better today if Martin Luther King, after reading the Lotus Sutra, had been inspired to move to Japan in 1954 and spend the rest of his life in a Buddhist monastery.
I'm all for that due to two swear words: Art Modell..
The 2008 election.
Brilliant minds, etc, etc,...
