I think making fun of the way he looked was just a small part of it. They were really making fun of him for being a horrible, loathsome human being.

Lemme guess, had Rush Limbaugh or G Gordon Liddy or Michael Savage or Megyn Kelly or Ann Coulter made the remark, it would have even gotten Obama involved in the outrage?
It also looks like that any problems that he had with himself/depression....started WAY before the show
