I must have read that amazing headline 10 times now ... "Court: Man burned by fajitas while praying can't sue eatery" ... Amazing! He was burned by fajitas, while praying! I never thought it was possible.

More anti-religious court rulings!

Was he praying to remain safe from the fajitas? Did he take this as a sign that his prayers did not find favor with the Almighty?

If you stick your face into a plate of sizzling meat and the Deity wont help you, don’t expect the courts to either.
I think it was Mark Twain who first said that. Maybe

Seeing the title as worded a new speaker of English would ask; Were the Fajitas themselves ‘praying’ as they aggressively burned this poor man?

Trying to remember what category of burnt offering fajitas belong to in the Old Testament...

The only way he would have a case is if he could prove that that was the very first time in his life that he had ordered fajitas. Otherwise, everyone and his brother knows that fajita plates are blazing hot and still sizzling when they get to the table. ;-)

This man poses such an obvious danger to himself that the court should have barred him from entering into any public place where he could potentially harm himself.

A New Jersey appellate court says a man cannot seek damages for burns he suffered while bowing his head in prayer over a sizzling steak fajita skillet at a restaurant. I hate when that happens! And I love fajitas!
