LEVIN: WE ARE NOT A NATION OF IMMIGRANTS, WE ARE A NATION OF CITIZENS
Saturday at the 2015 Conservative Political Action Conference, nationally syndicated conservative talk show host Mark Levin gave an rousing speech hitting on the topics of Obamas executive overreach, immigration and the threat of ISIS.
Levin opened by quoting the early American patriot, Thomas Paine saying, These are the times that try mens souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.

Barry Setoro is an illegal immigrant fraud. This is the problem.
Amen.
The thing is everyone in our political and judicial institutions knew he wasn’t eligible and swore him in anyway.
Exactly. I’m actually sick of that.
It’s also promulgated by the conservatives like Hannity (endlessly about Irish this and that, which I also get sick of) when they defend themselves. “We all came here from somewhere else”? What does that mean? No, we did not! We’ve been here a long time!
And then the PC line extra: “...except the ‘native’ Americans”. Another phrase I hate.
Well said
The colonies were made up of British subjects, who then created America, they didn’t immigrate to it.
Only 8 of the 56 men that signed the Declaration of Independence were foreign born.
They will rob the treasury and set up a complete cradle-to-grave welfare system for these illegal immigrants that are sure to become loyal democrat voters.
Are you singling out Indians as not being immigrants?
.
When you are born in a certain place, you lose any “immigrant” status if you decide to continue living at the place where you were born. You are a native of that country. Any commie lib who looks at me and sees an “immigrant” can kiss my @$$. I am a native American. I was born here in America. Don’t call me an “immigrant”.
Yep, Indians came here from somewhere else too.
And there were wars of conquest between the natives before white people showed up.
And they came from Asia.
You ever hear them acknowledge that?
I don't buy that nation of immigrants thing. People fresh off the boat and until they die(d) made up immigrant nation.
Offspring born in USA, until recently anyway, are American. Most recent imports seem to prefer not to claim the title.
Levin states that we are a nation of citizens. “Millions upon millions” of welfare-abusing socialist invaders from all over the world will destroy us. And it won’t take many more years, whether you choose to accept this reality or not. Bob

Spanish conquistadors..
oh dear they were from Europe...
Awesome speech! It needs to shown to the House and the Senate.
Personally I cant find any “immigrants” to America amongst my ancestors..
My first ancestors here in 1623 could be called “immigrants” I guess..they were Walloons from Holland on the ship the Neiuw Nederlandt..oh dear that’s New Amsterdam, New York City..they were the founding/first families of that colony..sent by the Dutch crown and owners of the colony ..so no I guess not.. not even by a stretch were they immigrants..
and my next lot my English ancestors from Suffolk in 1630 were brought here from England to Boston by the English governor of MASS..so they weren’t immigrants..
The supercargo in 1645 from the Dutch ship Prince Maurice was just stopping off in his own homelands colony of New Netherland too..so he wasn’t an immigrant..
My Huguenots from France in 1680 were brought here by the English crown from London where they English crown had allowed them to flee from death in their own country and set up here with 40 English pounds from the English purse because they were “people of quality”..so no while they were some of the first “refugees” to America..they were not “immigrants”
My Palatine Germans in 1710 were sent by the English queen to Albany, NY to cut down pine trees and make pitch and tar for her war ships...they were there to do a job ..H1B visas I guess..they were allowed to stay on..nein not an immigrant amongst them..New York by that time was an English colony..
My Irish Catholics from Ulster in 1720 were brought here by the Livingston family to their Rensselaer plantation as indentured servants ..nay laddie again no immigrants
and my NBC Loyalist ancestors with NBC parents and grandparents who fled north to Canada during the American Revolution.. did that make THEM immigrants ??? again no...they were just English born moving from one English colony to another..in 1777 America was still English...
and their grandson my 2nd great grandfather was not immigrating when he left Canada and went to New Zealand..he just moved to another British Commonwealth country..or English colony..
Gosh I guess until I got here we had no immigrants but me..
I REALLY like Mark Levin....he’s the MAN of radio talk shows, IMO
