Robert De Niro owed $6.4 million to the IRS for his 2013 tax return, but it appears he just learned of it. The Oscar winner's tax debt surfaced in documents first uncovered by the Smoking Gun. Mr. De Niro has an estimated worth of over $200 million, and is reputed to spend $125,000 a month on his rental on Central Park West. In that sense, this tax bill doesn't seem so large. But it was unpaid, as the notice to New York Citys Department of Finance revealed. That is what an IRS lien filing is all about. But right away, Mr. De Niro took action. Fascinating analysis. Thanks.
.....”We had to sit still and take it. It was among the Italians. It was real grease ball sh&t. They even shot Tommy in the face so his mother couldn’t give him an open coffin at the funeral”.....
Always loved how in Casino it was the guy who played Billy Batts that beats up Pesci’s character.
He is also doing well late in his career as a comic, Spencer Tracy-like exasperated dad (Meet the Parents, Silver Linings Playbook).
That Tommy is a funny guy.
That was Frank Vincent, who went on to play Phil Leotardo on "The Sopranos."
Wonder how Phil's head is doing?
De Niro as Frankenstein's monster.

He did pay up. He wrote a check for the entire amount.
What do you mean funny, funny how? you mean the way he talks? What? Funny how? funny like he's a clown, he amuses you? He's here to make you laugh?
great actor.
sucked on snl 40’th anniversary.
He looked a bit amusing when he saw the empty room and said “Oh no...”. :-)
IMHO Ronin is his best movie.
Central Park West... Isn’t that where Trump resides when in town? I wonder if the tax lien on deNiro was the result of federal eavesdropping on apartments at that location? Maybe to spy on Trump?
