Myrtle Beach police charged a woman with shoplifting after it was reported that she took a set of plates and a small bottle of olive oil from Wal-Mart, authorities said.
Officers were called about 4 p.m. Monday to Wal-Mart at 541 Seaboard Street where a loss prevention officer reported the incident, according to a police report.
Selena Reed, 50, was arrested and charged with shoplifting enhancement due to previous charges of property theft, police said.
Reed was seen removing items from the store shelf at Wal-Mart. She was apprehended by a loss prevention officer when she walked passed all points of sell and taken to the loss prevention office where police were called.
Reed revealed she had also taken a small bottle of olive oil in addition to a 16-piece plate set once she was escorted to the loss prevention office.
The total value of the items was reported to be just over $50, according to the report.
Police transported Reed to the Myrtle Beach Jail.
Guilty
Not guilty.
Around 7 p.m. Saturday, an unknown person stole three cans of pineapple chunks, a case of Corona beer, an 18-pack of Corona beer, a three-gallon beverage dispenser and three gallons of Hawaiian punch. The offender pushed a witness out of the way when she told him to stop as he pushed the cart out without paying. He was not apprehended.

I didn’t start the stupid thread.
Maybe not, but you did take the time to add content to it. Perhaps you should take your own advice and move on to more important matters.
Walmart on seaboard street is about fifteen minutes from where I live.
Let it go. You are coming across as a bully.
Because she was the only person caught shoplifting today except for the other 858,898 people who were caught shoplifting today...
I don’t wanna know where she stashed the loot.
Some kind of kinky Greek thing, more likely. It wasn’t on a Sunday, was it?
Obviously for her hair...
