Nope. The Muzzies say that the Sun rotates around the Earth.

Sure there is.

Gor circles the sun just opposite us. Everyone knows that.

There is no way there could be another earth for the simple reason that the sun could not orbit BOTH earths. :-)

” If some powerful and mysterious flying spaghetti being magically created another planet and threw it into orbit, “
A not-so subtle attack on those who believe in a creator. The Spaghetti Monster is a recent creation of the atheists to mock believers.

In the early (pre-broadcast) days of Star Trek, Vulcan was supposed to be on the other side of the Sun from Earth.

You have to have an IQ below room temperature to think this might be a possibility.

Gor is considered to be the sci-fi version of Mein Kampf today, while “50 Shades” is mainstream fiction.
We’re in the dark ages now!

Ah yes, the Gor novels. Tarl Cabot and the counter-earth.
The author, John Norman, would go off on these endless digressions regarding human sexual roles, dominance and submission, etc., but, spaced in between all that schlock was a very engaging and vivid fantasy/sci-fi mythos.
I haven't ready any of the Gor stuff in over 20 years, probably, but I imagine that I've read all but the last few entries in the series. Certainly 20 books or so. They even made a cheesy movie or two about it.

OK, is L3 stable or not?
Some terrible writing here. The author seems to imply that a planet on the far side of the sun couldn't exist because it's not in a Lagrange point, but then proceeds to show an image which diagrams a Lagrange point (L3) exactly there.

I always hoped for some better back-story on the Priest Kings...
Every encounter always left new questions.
Maybe it all came out eventually, I didn’t get to read them all.
