If a subject isn’t connected with homosexuality George isn’t interested. He absolutely has a one track mind, what is left of it.

On Twitter, he has “adopted” many of us - we can be his grandchildren, cousins, etc. So I am very concerned about my grandfather right now.

Deforest Kelley (1999) and Jimmy Doohan (2005) are the only major members of the original cast to pass.
We know the others will eventually join them but pray that shall not be hurried.
Interestingly, Jeff Hunter who played Christopher Pike in the Star Trek pilot died at age 42 :(

I have seen him in a lot of TV shows etc. where he played minor characters.
After Star Trek I don’t recall him in any more.
His rendition of “Bilbo Baggins” is so bad it is good.

Logic clearly dictates that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Disguised communism right there. I would bet they are talking about the "needs" of people to own property which is outweighed by the "needs" of the many to take it away from them.

Yep. Deforrest Kelly died first. He was briefly in the first episode of ST:TNG.
James Doohan was on a full one hour episode of ST:TNG later in the series.
Nimoy was in two episodes of ST:TNG just after the movie Star Trek 6 came out.

I’ve not much care for either, but no hate. In the 70s and later, Shatner followed Nimoy around, trying to cash in on what Nimoy would accomplish. Singing, writing, and so on.

Scotty suffered damage to his fingers on D-Day. He was always self conscious about it and managed to hide that hand in most episodes.
Me, I would have considered it a badge of honor.

Kelly and Doohan were both born in 1920, which makes them more than a decade older than the others.
