The only difference is that I get the better product ... :-) ...
BUT ... let’s go down that track. How does Amazon rated customer service compare to Apple’s industry ratings for customer service. Apple has some of the highest ratings in the industry. Now, I haven’t compared that to Amazon’s ... with those same ratings ... perhaps you have.

I get the same service from Amazon/Kindle - for half the price. No, you don't. Where can you take a mis-behaving Kindle or Amazon purchase and get it exchanged/repaired over the counter with same day service?
