Political discord increased Tuesday between the San Diego Chargers and Mayor Kevin Faulconer over whether the city will build a new stadium to keep the team from moving to Los Angeles.
The two sides exchanged increasingly pointed barbs accusing the other of not dealing in good faith to solve the volatile issue.

Could be. In my defense, it has been a very long time since the Rams moved.
Oh, no need for defense, I was a Rams fan, in the Northeast, and remember those years. I moved to the Anaheim area in 1981, and it was a big treat to see them in person. When Georgia moved the team to St. Louis, for the 1995 season, it was done in such a revolting fashion, I renounced my loyalty to them, and made the decision to back my second favorite team, the Jets. That hasn’t worked out real well . . .
Pats owner Kraft did get road improvements but built his own stadium and then built a shopping complex around it . He makes money.
