Like the spelling thing. Used to have to spell “p a r k” so changed it to “p double k r p” soon the dog caught onto that as well.
I always knew dogs were smarter than anyone ever thought. They actually respond to hand signals even better than voice. Our Pippa watches my every move, she knows when I put my shoes on or get my keys and runs to the bedroom to watch me leave out the window.
Ewww!!
I did notice that looked like FR on your screen.
Man, the same thing Amelia does - I start putting my shoes on and it’s time for a walk. Off the couch she comes and ready to go. Same thing if I’m putting on my hat.
And they’re not smart - BOSH. Not as smart as us - but give it time.
So sorry to hear you have obviously chosen the wrong crowd to hang out with.
"Yale researchers have tested approximately 300 dogs, and have found that the dog mind is more complex than was originally assumed."
The human mind consists of three unique attributes: volition, the ability and necessity to consciously choose all one thinks and does; intellect, the ability to learn by means of language; and rationality, the ability to reason and think. Dog's have none of these attributes. They do not have minds. They have instinct which provides them automatic patterns of behavior which do not require volition, intellect, or reason.
Though I have no objection to people having pets, and understand the sentimentality associated with them, it is less than civilized to have any creatures living in ones home (with exception of human infants) that cannot use the indoor plumbing, make their own meals, or read.
You are an arsehole. Civilization, and the universe, is bigger than your limited imagination. Educate yourself before it is too late.
If you are happy with your opinion I’m happy for you! I have no interest in trying to change it. I cannot imagine why my opinion disturbs you. It’s only my opinion and does no one else any harm, does it?
