Alright it appears this is the 40-year review of SNL.
The actual review begins in a bit over a half an hour, but there is a lead-in one-hour segment which is going on now.
I've already seen Sarah Palin interviewed, and her nemesis Tina Fey as well.
Eddie Murphy seems to have a knock-out main squeeze, when he was just interviewed.

40 years they have destroyed nothing. A ton of talent has gone through that show.
Are you kidding me? SNL is an institution and an example of why America (and NYC) is so great.
Wouldn’t watch that piece of crap liberal/prog propaganda if you paid me.
Correction: A ton of American-hating leftists have been featured on that so-called "show". Governor Sarah Palin was the lone bright spot.
By the standard of longevity, "60 Minutes" would also be an institution. To some degree maybe it is since for decade after decade, it's been pushing the lamestream media's commie propaganda. And NYC isn't great at all. The have a communist mayor who seeks to destroy the police department.
“That is tina fey”
You forgot the /sarc tag - if not, please proceed to the nearest ophthalmologist to get your eyes checked... :)
That was Sarah - no comparison to sourpuss Fey.
True conservatives do not allow liberals to decide what they can and cannot consume. Regardless of who is mayor of NYC, I earn my living there and l live my life on my own terms.
That means I go to the restaurants and store I want to go to. I watch what I want to watch, read what I want to read and listen to the music I want to listen to.
It shows that Palin, whatever else you may say, is absolutely fearless.

It was tough getting all the different actors and skits into the show, but they did a good job. Nice to see Jane Curtain, Joe Piscapo, Jon Lovitz, and Garrett Morris, albeit briefly.
The show had its lulls, but I thought it was pretty good. I give it a B+.
The band killed it on “Still Crazy After All These Years”! Simon’s voice, not so much.
Amen FRiend! Governor Sarah Palin was surrounded by enemies on every side in the audience, on the stage and in the control room. Her bravery to face an onslaught of American-hating leftists in that venue is another feature in her cap and demonstrates her enormous courage. She'll stand up to mooselimbs and commies in the same way when she rises to the office of the President in 2017.
Oh man.
I fell asleep. Missed it. Let me check if there’s a recording somewhere.
Not bad. That works. :D
the show is starting...
>> Ugh, not well. Hope it improves.
It can’t be any worse than Rolling Stone magazine’s 10th anniversary tv special.

YES. Sen. Hillary stood before the NYFD and NYPD at the “Concert for NYC” in the aftermath of the 9-11 attacks.
She was loudly and steadily booed but the Viacommies at VH-1 (and Sony) edited the audio for the rebroadcasts and DVD release, replacing them with revisionist ‘cheers’.
Yeah, Sarah looked hot tonight and Tina just looked average. Indeed SNL would have a field day if there were a Palin Trump ticket. Which they won’t get.
I grew up watching this show so it was a fun romp down memory lane.
I have noooooo idea why the talentless West was there. He can’t sing and that autotune is just old and wrong. Also his green contacts are creepy. And now he is a self parody for jumping up on stage.
A bunch of those alumni are/were Canadians.
