MALIBU, Calif. Gender-bender reality-TV star Bruce Jenner rear-ended a car Saturday, causing an accident that killed a woman motorist.
Seven other people were injured in the accident, which happened shortly after noon on the Pacific Coast Highway near its intersection with Corral Canyon Road.
Jenners dark blue Cadillac Escalade was towing a dune buggy in a trailer when he rear-ended a white Lexus sedan being driven by an elderly woman.

If the driver of the lead car slammed on his brakes for no reason, he caused the accident.
So now I said Bruce Jenner had a "right" to slam into the car in front of him.
Are you unable to read and understand words?
Went back and looked at what? That makes no sense. Did Jenner tell them it was a smoke? Convenient for someone looking to get out of felony charges. I guess we’ll see how it pans out. That doesn’t look like a smoke. How was he holding it? The bottom line is that if you rear-end someone, it’s on you. You need to leave enough room so that if they have to stop short you can stop as well.
You must always follow at such a distance where if the car in front of you stops short, you can safely avoid them. Jenner had a trailer so he should have left even more distance. 999 out of 1,000 times the rear-ender is at fault. At least in my days of taking accident reports.
They do initially, if you hit the brakes hard enough. I've owned several vehicles with them, and there's always an initial skid, and occasionally additional skids as the brake system goes through its paces.
It’d be interesting to have a sharper image of what is reflecting off of the rear view mirror chrome. Looks like two pine trees in the distance. Is that the other car on the bottom?
the second photo. It doesn’t look like a natural hand position for the steering wheel. I blew it up as big as I could since that one isn’t blocked so much by the mirror, but I came up short on the visual of what he is holding.
On that Escalade, the collision avoidance system is standard. The brakes were doing their own thing to the best of their programming. Seems like there should be trailer skid marks though.
The photos. Thecwhole thing was photographed extensively.

I’ve tried it on both gravel and asphalt. No skid.
The only skid I can get is on snow or ice, and then it’s as you describe.
There was a “photog” position in the place in which the pictures were taken( at side of road, hence the quick sale to TMZ)and posted by them at 3:45 or around that time.
The Prius, who was driving it..paparazzi or just some regular person?
The trailer deal depends on how the brake controller was adjusted. Inquiring minds want to know....
So if you decide to get boobs and a vagina that allows you to ram folks and kill them?
A Lexus hitting a Prius would have just been a minor fender bender, not enough to kill her..what killed her is when Jenner smacked her from behind hurling her into the Hummer, a car that is built like a tank, against a Lexus, she had no chance. Those Hummers are built like tanks so thankfully the infant and two small children in the car were not hurt
There were prominent trailer skid marks.
A regular person.
The paps were cleared. The police and Bruce said the paps did not do anything unusual.
Ah, so the white car already parked at the side of the road was just a witness or already parked for taking pictures of the “view”. Thanks for that. The pics that TMZ and Daily Mail posted of the impact pics, the white Lexus doesn’t look like it has any front end damage from the supposed rear-end collision with the Prius. (might have been a minor bump). Do notice in those pics besides wearing a seat belt, the not-yet-hit-by-the-hummer pics (but hit by Bruce) show the deceased woman’s left hand up, not on the wheel and she doesn’t look thrown back yet or forward from his impact.
That didn’t look like the cheaper yuppy model of the Hummer. That looked like the expensive heavy duty Arnold Hummer.
Once all of the reports are in.... We still won’t believe anything other than our own pet theories.
