I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

"... so that farming, hunting, and recreation are legitimate aspects of an environmental system." What a radical idea! You are trying to integrate humans into an environmental system!
According to my sources, the last Entity to try that was disappointed with the results. (Genesis 3:23)

Yes, well. Now the North Carolina Department of Natural Resources is involved!

She stood out there in the night, it was eerily quiet as she studied the stars. She was looking for the right one, it was actually pretty dim because another star, a closer one, was too close.
There it is. Right where it always was.
She heard the grass behind her rustle as grass-cushioned footsteps approached. She could also tell it was an adult, and she knew who that would be.
“Majoris Arctanis Crucible I believe?” his lightly deep voice said, with a hint of humor.
She nodded without looking back at her favorite teacher.
“That’s where your father was stationed” he said, not a question.
She looked determined and dead serious as she said “I’m going to find him and I am going to bring him back”
The elder teacher crossed his arms, both of him looking at the star in silence for a good long moment. It would not be easy for anyone to go there undetected, find a person and get them back. That was enemy-controlled territory now.
“You can’t do it alone” he muttered
“I won’t have to” she told him and he nodded. Her whole circle of friends and fellow cadets would stick up for each other. “Nothing can stop me” she said, then turned smartly and walked back into the barracks.

This is brilliant.
It must be the tea George Noory Drinks.
If it’s brewed by aliens, Giorgio drinks it too.
Now Art Bell strikes me as a coffee drinking man.

Kitteh skybox. YES!! I just can’t figure out which team is playing.
So many bird teams in baseball.
When I was a little girl I thought Baltimore was the Baltimore Oreos.

Wrong word? You were discussing bringing in a species into a different environment when talking about pangolin smuggling.
I just thought you made more sense because you are wiser than I am.

"... how to cut and paste from a previous convo." Put your mouse cursor over the beginning word of the phrase.
Press the left mouse button; with the button pressed, move the cursor to highlight the phrase.
After the phrase has been selected, press [Control][C] -- (this puts the phrase into short term computer memory, Copy)
Begin your reply
Use your preferred method to highlight the phrase, to show your are quoting. I use italics and quote marks.
Put your cursor where you want the phrase and press [Control][V] (Paste)
The phrase should appear. Close the italics and close the quote, then write your own response.
Any use of H T M L coding requires a break < br > or paragraph code to move to the next line < p >
That's how you cut and paste.
