Wonder where his shirt went afterwards.
“The adventures of Shirt!”
Here we see Shirt making a break for it.
Here we see Shirt getting apprehended and thrown into the bowels of Laun Dree.

Well, wait. Who did win, anyway, Napoleon or Custer?

Custer beat Napoleon, but then some footwear maker came in and spoiled the card game.

Good Day to you, NoC.
That story is truly shocking.(Shocked)
Wellington used to be on the back of the Five Pound note, replaced by Elizabeth Fry in 2002.
(Darwin on the 10 and Adam Smith on the 20.)
The Richard Sharp Stories are on the Telly often enough, so there really is little real excuse for this...

Some people on this side of the pond actually think Star Wars was actual history.

Custer beat Napoleon That would be a clash of the runners up...
Custer, last battle lost, Didn't make president.
Napoleon was Emperor, but lost last battle.
Wellington Won last battle, Made Prime minister.
Wellington wins. :)

Napoleon found himself coming and going in that battle.
It’s why he took up writing palindromes.

It is weird...If you mention Azincourt or Crecy, Everybody has heard of it.
Post Tudor history just gets ignored.
Perhaps it contains to many useful warnings about the future?
