This week, we had Imam Choudary on the show. A famous Imam and leader in the Islamic community, what youll hear in this full-length interview is flat-out shocking. Some highlight quotes from the video
CROWDER: Who carries out Shariah in the world most closely to your beliefs? Which country? CHOUDARY: Well I dont think any of them do quite frankly but I believe that what is the project in Syria and Iraq and places in Moli, Somolia, etc are doing quite well.
Moving on into the conversation, I challenged him on the ideas of freedom and how they work with Islam
CROWDER: You dont understand freedom. CHOUDARY: Im a lawyer by profession actually and I teach comparative law, English and Sharia law. So I believe I understand freedom quite well. CROWDER: Do you believe in freedom of speech? Do you believe someone should be able to draw or mock Muhammad and live? CHOUDARY: I believe that there is no such thing as freedom of speech. When nailed down on some fundamental issues with Islam, the Imams responses were veiled, elusive and downright chilling. CROWDER: What about under Shariah Law beatings? What about hitting ones wife? What about the lashings against Christians? Again, youve kind of wiggled around. You said Iraq and Syria are doing a god job so obviously we see that kinda of thing there. Where do you line up on that? Can you just condemn ANY kind of striking women at all? ANY kind of beating of Christians as unnecessary and uncivil? CHOUDARY: Yes, I mean theres nothing called beating Christians theres nothing even called beating your wife. Ya know, the prophet is the best example. He never laid a finger on any of his wives.
Though he went on to clarify that it WAS okay to discipline ones wife . so long as you didnt hit in the face.
CHOUDARY: After that (advising) it says discipline. But the prophet said that even in discipline, you must avoid the face
Things get really dicey when asked about the 72 virgins in heaven.
CHOUDARY: Well I could quote for you from your own Bible and Torah about things in paradise that ultimately we dont make the comparison. CROWDER: Well go ahead, I would love to hear those quotes. Where in the bible does it promise virgins in heaven? CHOUDARY: Well I dont have the bible in front of me
Actually, at this point, I’m not sure there is much reason to engage them. By now, for the people who don’t know or won’t acknowledge the prevailing Muslim philosophy, no matter how unsavory the answers given to the type of questions you asked; those people still won’t acknowledge even as their heads are being sawed off. And for the rest of us, we already know what kind of evil is lurking.
But perhaps I am missing what your goal was?
DICK
The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers.
Henry VI, part 2 Act 4, Scene 2
The Imam seemed to be dodging and weaving. Of course women are treated like chattle and it is ok for men to beat or rape them. Their fake prophet did and so do they.
Pray America is waking
Yes, for real. CHOUDARY is merely another voice in propagating islam. There is no reasoning with him, you are not going to pry him off his position by even as much as a millimeter. It does no good to give him a forum to speak and only enhances his position among his peers
The only engagement with his type is cranial lead implant therapy. As I said previously, the only good muslim is a dead muslim.
I typed the above last night because she was standing right next to me when I showed her your picture on my screen....and I like picking on her.
Sorry for the thread interruption.
Actually, I disagree. Giving him a platform (as opposed to just interrupting and yelling at him) gives him enough rope to hang himself and display the true colors of Islam.
Come on, we’re Conservatives! We should want more voices at the table because we believe in truth, right?! Not less.
The people who’ve “interviewed” him before just cut him off and yell.
This is the first interview with him that you’ll see where he has enough time to speak. He also says some horrendous things.
Everyone can now see him say those horrendous things. The truth wins, but we have to contrast it to the lies.
I understand what you’re saying. I can also certainly understand why an interviewer would yell and interrupt him. I applaud your self-control. I did enjoy the interview; I watched it a couple times. I’m surprised you didn’t call him out when (around 12:30) he was talking about his prophet condemning the harming and killing of non-muslims. He slipped in right at the end of what he was saying, that “unjustified” killing of non-muslims was against their beliefs. That’s the kind of thing that always gets slipped in, seemingly unnoticed. It’s frustrating that they keep telling us, with their words and their deeds, exactly what their plans are and so few seem to be listening.
Do you think you could interview Obama and still be as collected as you were with this guy? Of course, you don’t wear green lipstick or call the police po po, so you’d never be able to book him.
Martel Sobiesky is a real guy, and brilliant. He is the source of that material. Not a nom de plume for me. I wish I was that capable of writing something as well researched and thoughtful like that.
