Look at the profit margin. For Exxon and Walmart, its like 8% and 2.5% respectively; for Apple (AAPL), it is like 58%.
Make up stuff much? Apple’s 10-Q for the quarter being reported puts it’s aggregate profit margin before taxes at 39.1% and their tax rate is 26.3% on that. Microsoft used to report an approximate 60% margin. . . but then they only sold software then.
