The important thing is to crucify the cops. Nothing else matters until all police officers quit, anarchy reigns, rights are justifiably revoked in the name of public safety (There are still some to revoke) and we turn to our Dear Leaders in Washington for martial law. Only then will we have Justice, Fairness, and Peace. Only when the old, outmoded white imperialist capitalist systems collapse*, will we have peace. No Justice, No Peace!

The rules have changed, regardless of if you, I, or cops like it or not. Every police shooting is going to start with the assumption that it was the cop's fault. The ones that can't deal with that should probably quit. Not saying I like or agree with it, but the new reality is going to be that any use of lethal force by anybody anywhere had better be backed up with video and/or multiple creditable non-conflicting witnesses that it was the only possible option. There’ve been times in my job (admittedly much less life and death than that of a PO) where the rules changed- adapt or die.
