CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. Ever since he was a two-year-old boy, Dylan Johnson has had a passion for vacuum cleaners. Dylan, who has autism, was never into normal toys, his mother Jodie said. The Swift Creek Middle School student turned 14 years old over the weekend and celebrated his birthday with a party that included close friends, family and a vacuum salesman.

The mom is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She’s a keeper.

Oh my....definitely sending prayers for a successful surgery for Spencer.
Heavenly Father please surround Spencer with your hedge of protection during his surgery and recovery. Guide the minds and hands of the medical team taking care of him. And bring peace and comfort to all of Spencer's family and friends. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

My grandmother had the habit of buying
anything from a traveling salesman. Gramps used to get so annoyed with her when he came home to find new aluminum sliding being applied to the house or a new driveway installed.
I remember the encyclopedia salesmen [Britannica, World Book, Colliers, etc] and when you got engaged to be married, a pots-n-pan salesman would darken your door.
In this day and age, if you come to my door, you're more likely to see the business end of a 20ga. long gun! LOL

I wonder if this newly minted b’day boy would benefit from taking apart something mechanical....like an old clock or radio?
Cool story.

According to the story link, she is “an Unidentified Kirby employee.”
And, yes, she will forever remain guiltless.

That was my first thought, too. I went to the link to see and that’s where I confronted the bitter truth.

Praying for the child having brain surgery to remove the tumor. Please be sure to post an independent prayer thread so others can too.
