New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, a Democrat, said on Monday that giving identification cards to illegal aliens allows them to feel like citizens and enjoy some of the same benefits as actual citizens.
"We don't want any of our fellow New Yorkers to feel like second-class citizens,” de Blasio was quoted as saying in a National Public Radio website article. “We don't want them to feel left out.”

How can you be a second class citizens when you aren’t citizens to begin with. What am I missing?
They are SUPERIOR to citizens - they are not tainted by America’s many original sins from its flawed founding; slavery, racism, genocide, environmental destruction and capitalism. And they overwhelmingly vote for Democrats.
The “new Americans” are the good guys.

They are not citizens and the only rights they should experience are those under our laws and that of God given rights.
Other than that, they have no rights, benefits or privileges accorded to any U.S. Citizen or those of many native tribes.

I have said from the beginning that DeBlasio was dumb. He’s turning out to be even dumber than I originally thought.
How does first class illegals sound bonehead ?

The people who he really feels are second class citizens are also known as “Taxpayers”.
I agree they shouldn't feel like second-class citizens, or indeed any class of citizen. How about criminals, instead?
They push the incorrect language to change the narrative and confuse those that do not pay attention.
I am a simple person. I looked up the definition of citizen per Merriam Webster: “a person who legally belongs to a country and has the rights and protection of that country” Those here illegally don’t seem to fit the definition of citizen, 2nd class or otherwise.
Has there ever been a group of “immigrants” to this country so coddled and lavished with praise? Every other wave of immigrants had to start from the bottom and work their way up, learning English and assimilating. What is so special about illegals? Seems nothing, absolutely nothing, is too good to give them.
They’re not citizens at all, clown. Of course you know that, you just don’t care.
