What can we say about Harry Ried's departure from the US Senate and his legacy?
No budget for 8 years (just Continuing Resolutions).
Ruinous Obamacare (he is it's real maker).
A Dysfunctional Senate.
Reid Gone. Come now he just moved out the big office to a smaller office and is still in charge of the Senate. what do you think he would surrender power just because of an election. The American People will see in the First 100 Days of the New Senate and the House of Representatives what will set the tone for the next two years. January 6 is when it begins - watch and scorn that the Democrats are still inpower. The Republicans have already caved to them. It is unfortunate but that is where it is at.
The GOP establishment has absolutely no interest in reducing the size of the Federal leviathan, or lowering how much it spends. They just want a turn at the teat, doling out favors to their major donors, while hoping that once more they can fool the rubes back home into believing they're for the little guy.
Crony capitalism will still live in the next Congress, with one difference: when things go even further into the toilet in 2016, Obama and the Democrats will be able to more convincingly blame the GOP, and the Republican nominee Jeb will go down in flames in November.

After all the time the democrats have been screaming about GOP “obstructionism”, Obama proudly explained that the democrats have been the obstructionists and he will now have to change tactics to continue obstructing.
He said he hadn’t been forced to use his veto pen because the Democrat senate had blocked GOP bills he didn’t want to sign.
Yup, just exchanging gobblers. Only change is the name on the door.
Reid is bought and paid for by the same big money that’s moving this country in the wrong direction with Obamacare and Amnesty so the wrongs of Reid will not be undone in a meaningful way by the business as usual big spending, debt ceiling increasing Republican leadership of Mitch McConnell.
In American politics, nothing is worse than losing the majority.
