I've never had a flu shot. Had the 72 hour flu in 1963 and 1973 and never had it again.

I'm 71 now and very fortunate health wise. No Meds!! Just a one a day vitamin.

If I get a sniffle...I have Vit C, honey and lemon and...poof....it's gone.
