They look like High School playing college team in the Bowl game.
Stoops looks like a deer-in-the-headlights on the sideline

What happened to the OU team that man handled Bama in the Sugar Bowl last year?

Stoops thought he was the bomb after that game. Bama was National Title or Bust last year. After the Auburn loss they packed it in. Not a lot of leadership. Stoops got WAAAAY over-inflated with his outlook for this year.

(When in doubt, move to the right..........)

In a nutshell the problem is Nepotism. Mike Stoops is the obvious problem, but the Offensive Coordinator Huepel is married to Boren’s daughter.
Boren is backing Huepel and Stoops won’t fire his brother. They truly suck. Bob Stoops gave up 7-8 years ago.

That’s Dan Boren’s Daughter, David Boren’s Grand Daughter.

Guess it’s up to UT to try to salvage the day for the Big 12.
IMHO, the Big 12 is a lame duck, only a matter of time before their teams are absorbed into the other four major conferences, and we have have a true playoff structure with all four conference champions going to the Final Four.

I guess as long as OU will let him win 9 or 10 games a year, no National Championship and still keep his job.

Heck I’d even think of bringing Switzer back right now.

At the rate of decent Blake may look good before Medium Game Bob hits bottom.

He was junk. That is like the Hallman years at LSU.

Well Switzer is only two years older than Bill Snyder, heck why not?

Wrong again, Shamu. OU lost two quarterbacks and had no further backups. They pinned the last part of their season on their running game that was then exploding with Samaje Perine, a freshman, carrying the water. Unfortunately, he was injured in the Oklahoma State game, and OU didn't have more running backs. Perine had a 400-plus rushing game.
And, by the way, if there is any coach who plays super cautious and doesn't go in for WAAAAY over-inflated, it's Bob Stoops.
The WAAAY over-inflated folks are always OU supporters who want their coach's job after the third lost of the season--any season.

What does Bob Stoops and pot have in common?
They both get smoked in bowls.
