Ndamukong Suh will pay a steep price for his fancy footwork in Sunday's loss to the Green Bay Packers.
The NFL has suspended the Lions' defensive tackle for one game for stepping on the leg of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the league announced Monday. Suh will not be available for Sunday's NFC wild card game against the Dallas Cowboys.
"You did not respond in the manner of someone who had lost his balance and

So you agree with the pussification of the NFL.......not surprised.
Nuff Said.......
Mark this thread, the ruling will be overturned and Suh will play next Sunday.......
I beg to differ/disagree. To me - yes my opinion - looking at the shots both in real time and slo-mo it was deliberate. The first one could have been accidental, the second one was almost certainly intentional. I stand by my opinion that based on this incident and his long history of player endangering violence which he has been penalized and fined for, he ought to be drummed out of the NFL.
N’damm-u-kong Suh ... fitting name.
Thanks for the history.
He is a damn dirty player and should be drummed out of the league before someone gets really hurt.
I’m a Viking fan, so I’m not inclined to like the Packers. Suh stepped back when he didn’t have to. He also never even looked back after Rogers hit him, as a normal person would have done if they didn’t know what they did. He knew what he did and didn’t feel bad about it. He meant to do it.
No harm done. :p
Having been around here for a bit over 10 years, I have pretty thick skin. lol
Have a good one!
Precisely.
Agreed. The first step may have been accidental. But after he realized he was on on Roger's leg, he shifted his weight. Thug.
He should be banned. You cannot allow anyone to do that to any player, let alone the league MVP.
Suh is the biggest cheap shot artist in the NFL. I was hoping he would play so the beasts on the Dallas offensive line would teach him some manners.
If deliberate, how does one know where to step when they're looking down field and moving backward?
A "Normal Person" such as you????? These guys are football players dude......they get hit all the time and never look back.....Jeez.
A "step" would certainly be considered as accidental since no damage was intended.
A "stomp" on the other hand would be considered intentional with damage intended.
If you were to pay close attention to these football games you would likely see that every play in every game, somebody is getting stepped on........
While I'm certainly trying to defend Suh, there is nobody here that has been able to explain to me how Suh could possibly deliberately step on someone behind him without seeing him.
LOL, because he stepped on it once already!!!
Tell me Wolf24, under the NFL rules, what IS the proper way to move when someone is behind you that you cannot see them?
How did he know that it might not have been one of his one defensive linemen who came around the end at the end of the play?
Yes!!! I can hear ‘Nitch down through all these years: “Aw wudz wrong twinkle toes? Did widdle Franny trip over his damn skirt again? Git up loser, I got lots more for ya right here!”
