And soon there will be a bracelet that turns your skin into a touchscreen using a tiny built-in projector. Wearers of the of the Cicret bracelet will be able to check an email or watch a film thats projected onto their forearm, and control the picture by using their skin like a touchscreen.

I agree, the inside of the arm would be better. I wear my watch turned inside because it’s easier and more unobtrusive for me to look at it that way.
PayPal donations aren’t bad, but it would certainly be nice if they could find a scientific sugar daddy!
Actually, what I was thinking of — I looked it up — was a reduced instruction code microchip.
