(CNN) -- A time capsule buried by patriots Samuel Adams and Paul Revere more than two centuries ago was unearthed Thursday in Boston.
The box-shaped capsule was placed by the Revolutionary-era duo, along with Massachusetts developer William Scollay, in a cornerstone of the Massachusetts State House in 1795, the year construction began on the building, CNN affiliate WBZ reported. At the time, Adams was the Massachusetts governor.

We watch the show “Sleepy Hollow” where the old Revolutionary War guy comes back to life in modern day America. He’s always tracking down stuff like this to either save the day - or to prevent the headless horseman from bringing about the Apocalpse.
So - does the box hold the key to victory - or is it hiding the last piece of the puzzle from the headless horseman?

Put a chip in it so new info can be relayed with out digging it up! Also put a do not open for 1000 years on it this time so it will be a true time capsule!
Hopefully Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton pop out and proceed to show the rest on America how to deal with the tyrants in charge.
I have no idea what your comment means on this thread but it is soooo true of engineers. They are so funny. They are totally WYSIWYG and they’re great at fixing electrical problems and fixing clocks. Other than that they are a mystery.
Sorry to all you engineers out there. The above comment isn’t negative. Not at all. But you’re all still a mystery.
Or a "Wanted" poster with Obama pictured on it. LOL but oy... the timing sure is interesting.
It’s just a silly response to post #2!
Yes - I figured that but engineers are still a puzzle. They have wonderful attributes. They can fix just about anything. They’re still a puzzle.
I've heard the one where an elderly man finds the frog, and puts it in his pocket.
"Why are you doing this? Asks the frog, I said I'll do anything for you!"
At MY age I'd rather have a talking frog!
Actually, they found a poster from the 1794 campaign that read, “Reelect Senator Thurmond!”
