A woman is claiming Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her when she was just 15 years old.
Judy Huth, now 55, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles saying the legendary comedian attacked her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, TMZ reports.
Huth says Cosby took her to a bedroom during a party at the famous LA home and began to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent, according to TMZ.

What was a 15 year old doing at the Playboy Mansion?!?
What the hell was she doing at the Playboy Mansion if she was 15 years old?
According to the suit, Cosby got them buzzed and then took them there.
A fifteen year old at the Playboy mansion and you are not in the least suspicious?
“As a minor, she was legally incapable of consenting to that.”
Surely, but the situation naturally suggests all sorts of complications. I doubt that Hefner was stupid enough to invite or want to allow minors to be hanging out at his parties, for obvious reasons. He had to keep it mostly legal, or at least tolerably illegal, or he wouldn’t be allowed to operate at all. So, did anyone know that the girl was 15? Did she lie about her age, have a fake id, etc? If so, that mitigates any statutory rape type of accusations.
I don't think Cosby is innocent - I just question why he is being outed when there are so many other monsters lurking in the evil cesspool that is Hollywood.
Name three.
That’s very creepy, if true. I wonder if it was so lax at the Playboy Mansion to let teenagers in, but I guess, if you are brought by a guy like Bill Cosby, the security guards probably aren’t carding you.
Cosby was a giant in showbiz, he wasn’t just a celebrity but an exceptionally wealthy and powerful one, and black in 1974 Hollywood, the man was golden.
Thanks for the info. I should have taken the time to read the article myself. It just boggles my mind that the majority of these women never said anything at the time. No wonder he continued to do it. By keeping their mouths shut, they basically condoned what he did to them.
“Singer’s statement does not apply to a lawsuit brought in 2005 by Andrea Constand, who claimed Cosby drugged and molested her at his suburban Philadelphia mansion in 2004. Constand, who worked for the women’s basketball team at Temple University, and Cosby settled the case before trial.”
First red flag: What on earth was a fifteen year old girl doing at the Playboy mansion in the first place?
Second red flag: Why did this woman wait forty years to come forward with this story?
Questions:
1. Why are these women just coming forward now when they’ve had 30 or more years to file lawsuits?
2. Who did Bill piss off so bad that it seems some attorney must be going around to all these women and signing them on as clients?
In the 2005 case where a woman said that he had drugged and raped her in 2004, 13 of the women came forward to testify to his rape methods, Cosby settled out of court with the woman.
Same thing the 12 and 13 yr olds were doing. Performing for the old men.
Pray America is waking
He was looking for a helping hand.

Sorta like the Bill Clinton fiasco of the 90’s...
Sort of, except only one rape victim came forth in Bill’s case.
The article claims she came as Cosby’s guest and he told her, if asked, to say she was 19.
There is no statute of limitations in California for a person who was a minor at the time the alleged sexual act occurred. However, I cannot but wonder what an unsupervised 15-year-old is doing at the Playboy Mansion. This sounds a bit fishy to me.
