Try that in real life and you’ll need a coffin.
What? Who hasn’t done that? Kind of itches around your doo-dah, though.
Ok, I have a nice John Deere 5045E tractor, but I’m not a farmer.....
Could some farmers here please help us non-farmer mechanical-types understand how in the world he didn’t get hurt doing this?????? Clearly he jumped in the very last part of the bailer as he would have probably/certainly been injured jumping in the front part......
Some explanation would be appreciated.....
Sponge Bob No Pants?
Clever and funny.
Not a ping/mangledgenitals/bad band name idea ping?
{Let’s hear it for the Naked Hay Bales!}
How much did pokes with a pitchfork cost?
(Was his first name ‘Christian’ ;?)
I am surprised he did not get crushed to death, if he actually went into the baler. This has got to be a ruse.

It is a ruse. there was a pre-formed “hay bail” (probably a cardboard box with holes for the arms and head and open at the bottom - to which a layer of hay was attached/glued) into which the guy climbed and pushed himself out the back. Minimally funny at best.
There should be a law against people taking video who can’t hold a camera steady.
Had to be a ruse. I own a 568 John deere round baler. I know the mechanism is different for a round vs. a square baler, but either way, survival would approach 0. Just the tying mechism would have been a killer. It had to be a ruse.
Packer and wire tying would have killed him. You can get upwards of 100lbs on a heavy packed square bale.
who’s driving the trac?
Balers or anything with a PTO shaft have killed and maimed many. My uncle told me of a guy he knew who lost his dignity and luckily nothing else when a shaft driving a baler caught his overalls and took them and he was left with his underwear.
Great. Now John Deere is going to have to update the owner’s manual for the bailer to specify not putting adults, children, animals, or body parts into the bailer.
I agree 100%. Another should be for jerks and stupid people who intentionally into view when the camera is in use.
Haha, bingo! He’d be shredded and crushed.
