Baylor should be # 4
Roll Tide!
True dat.
I’m all in for a Bama Bullie rematch
IF —and given the History of the Iron Bowl this is a big if ... remember ‘punt Bama, punt’ and stupid field goal tries from too far out with big slow linemen who could not run from one hashmark to the other— IF Bama beats Auburn and then Georgia in the SEC title game, their ranking at #1 will be vindicated. The only team in the top five who would give Bama a game in the BCS is Oregon because they play such a different offense than Bama has played against all year. FSU is over ranked and the BCS doesn’t want two SEC teams in the final game.
One of my granddaughters in going to Baylor, so they are my favorite.
Always liked them anyway.
FSU an Jameis can go to H.....!
assuming they beat Kansas state in two weeks, I think they will be moved up to #4, since that would give them one more quality win.
Roll Tide! 28-14
Who would have ever thought TCU and Baylor, both small private schools, would be in the top ten? At the same time?
They will be after Texas beats TCU. :-)
OSU will move up one or two after stomping on Michigan at the Shoe(hey, I made a rhyme...)
Go Dawgs! Hail State!
Who would have ever thought TCU and Baylor, both small private schools, would be in the top ten? At the same time?

If they were in the SEC they wouldn’t be in the top 25
Right.
It seems you all are forgetting that the components that make up the CFP voters rankings contain “Good Losses” and “Bad Losses.” TCU managed to lose to a Top 10 team, on the road, with putrid (Randy Christal) officiating, by 2 on a last-second field goal after leading the whole game. Baylor was annihilated in Morgantown by WVU, never led, and wound up losing by two touchdowns. Hence, Baylor has a “Bad” loss, while TCU has a “Good” loss.
Add to this the fact that the teams Baylor plays this season, when not ‘Incarnate Word’ level programs, have already been beaten to a pulp by the Horned Frogs (with the notable exception of WVU). Even K-State, their remaining “quality opponent” was curb-stomped in Fort Worth already. TCU played those “quality opponents” (like OU) when they had something to play for, and not when they had two losses and a rash of injuries like Baylor. Not an ‘apple-apple’ comparison.
As to OSU, please. Either team beats OSU. By the same criteria listed above, OSU shouldn’t be above Baylor. At all. Neither should Miss-St.
We shall see. As for myself, I would enjoy seeing the Horned Frogs triumph in the Rose Bowl once again!
Georgia’s going down...
Georgia Tech’s offense has been superb this year
and the defense is improving into year end
The Buckeyes need to demolish TSUN and Wisky/Minny winner plus have at least two teams in the current top 4 to lose. OSU can score points on anybody but TCU/Baylor would hang 60 plus on the poor excuse for a defense that TOSU puts on the field.
I’m with ya..
If GT beats both UGA and FSU, they will be the hottest team in college football...@ 11-2 hmmm
