Here’s the link to the video...oops!
Not mouse, Rat.
Buncha liberals posting death threats to this cat for being a hunter in 3...2....1
My cat and spiders.
I’ve watched her hang around a vent for hours because one crawled in it.
My cat pulls moles out of their holes that way. She always leaves them at my doorstep. Good kitty!
Good kitty!
I used to watch my sisters’ cats play with mice until they were dead. After the mice died the cats lost interest and never ate them.
Birds were another matter. ;-)
IBTZ!!!
I would suspect the mouse had toxoplasmosis, which would alter its brain, retrain it, to be attracted to the odor of cats. The protozoa does this to the brain of rodents, make them attracted to that which they should fear, because it can only reproduce in the gut of a cat. The rodent must die so that the protozoa can live.
From 11 to 30 million Americans may be infected with this protozoa as well, and human brains chemically work much the same as do rodent brains.
It should make you wonder if Democrats are people who have been retrained to be attracted to things they should fear.
The two grey strays that live in my house have an ongoing argument. One of them will catch a toy mouse or a toy chipmunk. They will take turns playing with it. It is their favorite toy. Now the fight starts when one of them breaks the toy and the other one gets angry. Of course they don’t realize that they just killed this little rodent. Usually, after the biggest outdoor fights, I will find a dead chipmunk nearby, who had for his last couple hours on this earth provided endless moments of feline entertainment.
All rat.
There is actually some pretty good evidence that TP changes the minds of humans. Makes women more attractive to men and more promiscuous, and makes men more reckless and stupid. Probably 40% of humans are infected. Kinda creepy.
I’ve never seen any evidence tying it to political POVs, though.

Those conditions might be minor, but in practice, the effect might be so interwoven into the psychology of the person that it is difficult to detect, outside of irrational behavior.
When the chemicals associated with fear in the blood are detected by the protozoa, it releases an enzyme that causes the brain to secrete both dopamine, the “pleasure” chemical, and GABA, the “awake/sleep/drowsiness” chemical.
Thus instead of a proper fear response, they feel a sense of pleasure, even sexual pleasure, and are in a half awake, half sleep state of mind. The GABA effect can also be caused by “hypnotic” drugs.
So why, for example, are liberals attracted to the enemies of America, be they communists, Nazis, or fanatics? And why also are they adamant that America must be incapable of defending itself against attack, be it through unilateral disarmament or abandoning its missile defenses?
This latter raises a rather dire point. That is, if liberals were just self-destructive, it would be one thing; but they almost seem to worship at the altar of death, in wanting to have everyone killed.
Except for the most heinous of murderers, that is. They want them spared. Yet another twist.
My cat used to take naps next to mole holes. Caught them every day.
I had a cat that would bring grass snakes to the front door, and thank goodness despite the effort of her to bring them in the house, mom was able to get her to drop the snake. On one occasion, however, the cat was able to charge the slightly opened door and brought in a shrew—which was alive as it could be and very, very teed-off (I think somewhere I read shrews have a bad attitude? :) )
Mom and the cat went into a battle over the shrew staying and leaving, and mom won—with the broom.
This is cool—I never thought that my post would end up generating a scientific debate on biochemistry. Interesting!
