When I'm not On FR...I also do a great deal of photopgraphy..
This unretouched.....photo of the eye in the sky is one of my favorites.
Another favorite....a simple photo of the very edge of a Soap Bubble!

Those idiots are hanging it upside down! Maybe some homofascist CEO was holding the auction catalog sideways and thought it was a marriage equality banner. Won't his face turn pink from embarrassment?

I see an eagle in the first one, and Old Glory in the second!
Was that intentional?
They are BOTH Beautiful!

Beautiful. So sad each one represented someone who died in their service.

the eye is what caught my attention....in the cloud photo
the vibrant soap bubble photo was purely an attempt to capture the color...the outlandish "dynamics" and light ...at least conciously...
Thank you

the inherent dynamics....soaring tonalities and thondering sonorous colors are Indeed...a near perfect match for the Cage piece....

Thanks for the point of contemplation.
The value of used paint and canvas.
It’s the assigned name and acceptance of the name establishing the market price at a point in time.
Maybe Jackson Pollack was a canny guy after all.

I see the eagle now but didnt when I made the photograph.I was too stunned by the realistic look of the “eye” in the clouds
I dropped my jaw and nearly dropped my camera when I saw the eye.
THank you very much!
