Voted here in Northern Alabama. Longer lines than expected, but not 2012 long.

Voted before work. I haven’t seen the place that busy since 2008.
I voted early (in Tennessee). My stomach will be hurting all day! Will be lurking on & off here all day for some virtual hand-holding!
My polling place is usually deserted. Sad but true. I’m driving my Mom over to make sure she votes the right way. LOL!
I showed my voter registration card and signed my name on a laptop screen.

Done before you even posted this, first time to vote straight “R” but it was really the only choice. I also voted not to return any judges to the bench.
Here in deep deep blue Montgomery County Maryland I’ve never seen the polls so empty. Walked right in, no line, voted right away.
done! voter #114 poll worker making it known “have ID in hand” before you get to another poll worker who looks you up in system and gives you ticket..proceed next poll worker and exchange ticket for paper ballot..proceed to booth to hide and fill out ballot...proceed to next poll worker where myself puts paper ballot in scanner..done...took every bit of 5 minutes total

The question is did you vote often? - just a yanking your chain, adding a bit of humor to a difficult day.
There are going to be many in same boat as you, I will attempt to stay off the boards as the pontificators always piss me off.
Buggers, that song is in my head again, well will only be stuck for a couple of more days.
