Daughter is bringing grandbaby up to trick or treat here (he’s very little) because her hubby’s got a bachelor party he’s going away to.
So, grandpa’s got instructions to take them around the neighborhood a bit and I’ve already recorded “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” to watch with him when I get home from work.
After baby goes to sleep we’ll probably watch our fave “Little Shop of Horrors”.
But, now that you mention it — I have this sudden urge to suffer through a Reese Witherspoon movie.
You could go as Bob Beckel
I don’t celebrate Halloween.
Except .. I buy my favorite candy for myself .. and then I watch one or more of my favorite movies on DVD (no commercials).
Fortunately, where I live, we do not get trick or treaters.
“Sex and violence” is dadly not an option. That’s my aim.
I'd have to gain about 100 lbs. of fat blob, get beaten with an ugly stick, and get a frontal lobotomy before I could realistically pose as Bob Beckel.
It just might be easier for me to go as a steaming pile of dog crap.
“Halloween is moving day for me....AARRGGGHHH!”
Well, it’s still a day of horrors. :)
We don’t celebrate Halloween.
Nothing. We don’t get little gobblins out here. Will wait to get some candy the next day on sale.

Same here. I’m at the edge of a large metropolitan area, and lots are large, so we’re semi-rural (have horses and other livestock in the neighborhood.).
I only had the neighbor with a little girl come by one year, before they moved.
Suits me just fine. It’s become a homo high holiday, anyway, so I stay away.
I’m giving out cookies in the shape of razor blades. xD
No Holloween for me, Christian; only 52 holy days per year, every Sunday, the Christian sabbath. Any other holiday which has anything to do with spirits or saints is heathen/pagan. Civil holidays like labor day, 4th of July, etc., are of course, up to civil government, as they make no claim regarding anything spiritual.

Kinda like your idea.
I used to dip surplus Civil Defense hardtack from the fifties in chocolate. Wonder why they stopped coming to my door.
Oh drats.. I just realized I’m low on razor blades! /s
Reloading with silver bullets. Why isn’t this a choice?

Used to be the best reaper you EVER saw.
I’m 5’18” (6’6” for those in rio linda).
Have the best costume and 4” platform shoes.
I used to be treated like a celebrity after going out. Worked in haunted houses and stuff. Used to go out afterward with the professional makeup on, to Hardrock cafe. The camera flashes were like paparazzi. No kidding either. The women went nuts. And down here in Ft. Lauderdale, women during halloween? HUBBA HUBBA HUBBA (at least at the Hard Rock) ooh baby.
I’m gonna put a Michelle mask on and drop tablespoon fulls of tofu in each kid’s bag.
