While watching the doc yesterday, I got wondering about the host, and just looked it up -- she suffered amputations and other problems due to contracting sepsis in Egypt. Sepsis is what got Lord Carnarvon.
Yikes! Sepsis is about as serious as it gets... and in Egypt! One wonders where she picked it up. Not from Zahi Hawass! Bless her heart.
