Every gun shop owner I know has a story about a Glock misfiring or discharging accidentally... And sometimes a hole in the floor to go along with the story. The dirty little secret? Fun to shoot, light, and cheap, Glocks are also inherently unsafe and always have been.

Guess what you do is SETTLE with your lawyer first and let him keep all above what you have agreed upon.
That should ‘inspire’ the *ambulance chaser and shamus to get you yours and work hard to strip the SOB out of the rest.....
(*when talking in terms of possibly hundreds of millions, they don’t mind what you call them).
And if you have NO CASE, one would tell you to take a hike but I am sure there are plenty of the sleazeballs out there that would go along with you.
Course if that bad and greedy, after he gets his, he will go after yours...
Of course, if you have the big/big/big bucks, plenty of things will crawl out of the woodwork to ensure you get to keep it.

Reminds me of many years ago (before certain acts were made public and/or popular),

I bought my very first Glock last week. I guess a few bucks of what they are fighting over was mine.
I bought a Glock 20sf to use as a trail gun. One more caliber to reload, I’m really looking forward to some experimenting.
I’m approaching my 30th year with my Glock, good pistol.
A co-worker asked why I didn’t like Glocks. I joked that I didn’t want to shoot myself in the leg, like a cop. Then he mentioned that his brother was a cop. Who shot himself in the leg. With a Glock. Whoops.
Who’s going to be happy about this?
I had a couple of Glocks, fine poly handguns, not for beginners though. Essentially no safety (internal,trigger, etc., I know) and should only be operated by seasoned handgun users well versed in the Glock platform. Glocks require specific awareness in handling and operation.
I loved my Glocks, sorry I lost them in a boating accident.
