Just been into Oxford to discover why the Samsung refuses to connect to the internetz.
As you can see , it now does.
A problem they have known about since 2010....not too long then.

It's all because you weren't conversing with it in Korean. That's why you had to take it to the proper location so they could initiate the proper dialog...
