Pretty kitty.
I had forgotten how long I had been in Weight Watchers, but I got a bill for it this morning, so it must be three months! I’ve lost an average of about 10 pounds a month. I don’t know if that’s typical or what, but it’s nice to not have that weight.

When the Police surrender their, Tazers, nightsticks, CS gas, pepper spray, Brixton door keys, telescopic clubs, and overall stinking attitude, then i might think about rescuing the things lost in an horrific boating accident.
We can add to this: Stop siding with “Criminals’ rights”, and harassing motorists to raise funds.
This is the same as the attacks on the Second ammendment ...only criminals are officially aloud to carry any form of self defence device.
(Executive summary: F’em.) :)

Is that 10 degrees in meters or inches?
I can never keep these systems straight?

That is 10 degrees in Meters. :)
It is a weird system here, when it is cold the references are in C ,when hot the references are in F.
Most people have moved over to C ,for the Winter period. (yes ,it is that messed up.)

That is a question that has been discussed at great length on the radio and telly over the years.
Nobody has a satisfactory answer.
So here are the thoughts of a moose:
The Cold end of the spectrum is easier to understand with Zero being the freezing point of water, not much thought is required to understand the temperature being referred too.
The Hot end of the scale being in F always produces impressive sounding numbers, eg, “it's 110 in the shade today”.
So i put it down to Tradition and convenience combined.
As many other measuring systems are also mixed, this may hold water.

I was out in the front yard walking Cheeto, the miniature Pomeranian, when a motorcycle moving slow passed and then turned around and stopped.
He asked if this was the (address redacted) and I said yes and he got off and took off his backpack.
“Believe it or not I’m from the post office” he said as he took a card out and a package. So I signed it and he gave me the package.
The regular mail run had missed the package and he decided to deliver it himself. Nice of him! I think it was a Harley, it had the back rest on the seat, but I forgot to look close. Knuckles was barking from the window the whole time.

I think I like being single I just want a kitty. Although Id probably change my mind if I met someoneCouple of things...
1) Keep in mind that I have up to three kitties and they are just a short jaunt across the NJ-NY boarder in the general direction of Highpoint State Park... (I'd give one -or all three- to Face but there's this issue of almost the entire continent between us... ;-)
2)I have a friend that I've known for over ten years - she's also my partner in a once-a-year event that involves tents, sleeping bags, music, sunburn, poison ivy, rain, mud, dust, tens of thousands of radical Christians, and a conglomerated group named (betcha can't guess) No Compromise and the 2015 event is 215 days away and of course we have tickets available ;-) Anyway, over the course of the years she has been engaged twice and neither worked out. Finally she met the right guy, and they got married this past July... So don't give up on the forever relationship and don't settle for cheap crap (I'm sure you have met some of those.) A good forever partner is harder to find than a good kitty.
2a) I was informed by a phone call yesterday that my partner in crime will not be with us for next years event. Seems that by the time next June rolls around she and her new hubby will be caring for a little one. Or two.. (I have already kidded her about making up for lost time.. ;-)
In case you were wondering what I was talking about...
